1 Where We Ship, etc.,
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
For the moment, we’ve decided to pull back on shipping internationally.
2, What's your shipping policy
Shipping depends on the product ordered. For promotional “FREE” items it may take 3-5 weeks to arrive since our items are coming overseas and from different warehouse. For non-promotional items, the shipping can take up to 14 to 20 days. Please allow 14 days before contacting us. No email correspondence will be entered into on the subject of delivery until after this period. This is to allow for any delays in the postal system and to keep email administration down to a manageable level.
3, What payment methods are accepted
We accept most bank cards, i.e. credit and debit cards through the secure international payment gateway – PayPal.
4 Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
5, I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email
Kindly check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
6, I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one
Often when you order multiple items, we utilize different distribution channels, as such each item may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next, the items will eventually reach you.

7, What's your refund/exchange policy
If there’s anything wrong with your order, please Contact here Support before returning it in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Though many of our items ship from USA, there are also products that ship from overseas, please allow 2-4 weeks for replacement. Please note customer pays return shipping, USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship to us in any way you like
8, Do you offer any protection should I have made a mistake with regards to sizing, address or name issues
When purchasing please do your very best to ensure that the correct information has been communicated with Savvy Shopper USA. Should you notice any mistakes after payment please contact us as soon as possible in order to make the necessary changes. Unfortunately once the parcel has been shipped we cannot change the size.
